Comments:  Here's a body of work consisting of a commentary on our Pop Culture society. Many of these Mardi Gras floats are recycled because of our short memories and cravings for the Next Trend. This warehouse contains all the retired Mardi Gras floats in waiting for their possible reincarnation. Older floats are made of Paper Mache and have bits of history inside like time capsules. Newer ones are made of Fiber Glass and Strofoam. The foam is much cheaper and lighter than the Fiber Glass which costs about 5K for one character. I have been several times and each year the characters are different and ever changing
